If your child's acne is affecting how they feel at school or with friends, you're not alone — and you've probably already tried what the drugstore shelves have to offer.
This is a clinical research study evaluating an investigational treatment for children ages 9 to 11 with moderate to severe acne on the face and body. All study-related dermatology care is provided at no cost, participants may receive up to $300 for study participation, and you'll be with your child at every visit.
Before anything begins, the study team walks you and your child through exactly what's involved. You can ask questions at any time, and joining — or leaving — is always your family's choice.
Who can participate
A quick pre-screening tells you whether your child may be a fit. It's completed by a parent or guardian — no information is collected from your child.
Your child may qualify if…
- Your child is between 9 years and 11 years, 11 months old
- Your child has acne on the face, and may also have it on the chest, back, or shoulders
